We purchased a new home with hesitation due to an old air conditioning unit. We thought we were covered by a home... warranty but it turned out that there were false promises made. Our air had gone out and the warranty company took over a week to come and look at it - then told us it would be another week for them to get it fixed. My husband is a first responder and works crazy hours and I am home with two babies…so this was less than ideal for us. Drew reached out to me after hearing about our air issues and made the process of buying a completely new inside/outside unit a breeze. Not only did he go above and beyond by explaining what we needed - he had his company come out THAT DAY and install it (as well as get rid of our old unit for us). They have checked on us multiple times to make sure everything is running properly and have been so easy to work with. Their customer service is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I 10/10 recommend them and I feel so at peace knowing that this company will be servicing our home from now on. Thank you Gulf Coast Air Conditioning for being THE BEST!!!read more

Such a great experience with this company! They made me feel super safe by wearing a mask and even the shoe covers I... provided them while they were in my home. The technician was very quick and efficient and gave me a fair and honest price for the job. Having a higher-risk person in our house during a pandemic comes with a definite rise in anxiety, but Gulf Coast Air Conditioning put me totally at ease. Will be calling them for any future maintenance/work on our system.read more
